Trading time represent your broker current time, simple as that. You can set it as you like.

In the inputs section. There is a ‘use trade time’. Does it means all trades will close by 20:10(end of trade time) as indicated in the inputs?

Can I pre-determine the time and day of the trading range? Example 2hrs before London open on Wed to Friday?
